Jordyn Daniels (Jordy Elise Art) is a Māori artist and educator.

A graduate of Te Wānanga o Aotearoa, she holds a Diploma in Māori Weaving (Toi Paematua – Raranga) and a Bachelor of Māori Visual Art (Maunga Kura Toi – Rauangi).

Her work weaves together customary and contemporary practices, drawing deep inspiration from atua wāhine, whakapapa, and te taiao. Known for her use of natural and repurposed materials, Jordyn incorporates kōwhaiwhai, and visual language from whakairo, tukutuku and tāniko to share korero, whakapapa and matauranga.

Alongside her art practice, she now teaches Toi Māori to both adult learners and rangatahi, continuing to share and nurture toi Māori through creativity and connection.
